With a track record of building and operating businesses, Tom established Netropy Partners to drive the growth of high-potential small to medium-sized companies, focusing on transforming them into industry leaders.

Tom is an experienced business leader and company builder with a strong track record of creating, growing, and transforming organisations. He combines a background in science and engineering with a pragmatic, people-first approach to building lasting commercial success.
Over the course of his career, Tom has led high-performing teams, secured significant investment, and built strong, trust-based relationships with customers, investors, and partners. His ability to quickly understand complex challenges and turn them into opportunities has underpinned consistent growth and resilience across the businesses he has led.
He has founded and scaled ventures from concept to market leadership, as well as delivered large-scale client projects for leading international companies. His experience spans entrepreneurship, strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and navigating high-stakes commercial negotiations.
Tom holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and executive education from Cambridge Judge Business School. He lives with his family in England, where he supports a range of community and business initiatives.
